Cool Cal is the Elementrees companion dog. His full name is Calypso. He is named Cool Cal after the 30th President of the United States, Calvin Coolidge. Calvin Coolidge is the only president to have been born on the 4th of July. He took office in 1923.

Cool Cal is a Boston Terrier. He wears a red bow tie for special occasions. He always wears his natural black and white tuxedo suit. He joins Amy and the Elementrees on adventures.
